NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 24, 2014) - Young & Rubicam Group announced today that its new building at 3 Columbus Circle (3CC) won two prestigious awards at last night's International Facility Management's Association's (IFMA) New York City Awards for Excellence Dinner. Young & Rubicam Group won for Design & Construction of a New Facility as well as for best LEED Certified Project. Young & Rubicam Group worked with the New York office of global design firm Gensler to design the space.

Young & Rubicam Groups' offices occupy 10 floors and 350,000 square feet on the south side of Columbus Circle. Wunderman, along with Blast Radius, Designkitchen and KBM Group, as well as WPP's Red Fuse Communications also moved to 3CC.
