Vietnam Equity Holding (VEH) is a Vietnam-based investment fund established as a closed-end company engaged in the equity investment. The Fund is managed by the Saigon Asset Management Corporation (SAM), formerly Anpha Capital Group, and Hanoi Fund Management Joint Stock Company, which serves as the subinvestment manager to SAM. The main activity and objective is to maximize medium to long-term capital appreciation by making investments in listed, pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO), and government-owned enterprises in Vietnam. Vietnam Equity Holding invests in equity securities of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), private, over-the-counter (OTC) and listed companies, as well as in debt securities. In 2013, the Company divested its entire stake in An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Co.
