The Jackpot Lake Lithium Brine Property is located within Clark County, 35 kilometers northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada, and consists of 140 mineral claims that total 2,800 acres. The White Willow Lithium-Tantalum Property comprises 720 mining claims located in the Thunder Bay Mining Division of Ontario. Its projects also include Lee Lake, Mead, Gathering Lake and Triangle Lake, and Bluett.
