UEM Edgenta Berhad Announces the Resignation of Shirley Goh as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee, Effective August 31, 2023

UEM Edgenta Berhad announced the resignation of Miss Shirley Goh, age 64, female as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee, effective August 31, 2023. Composition of Audit Committee (Name and Directorate of members after change): En. Mohd Asrul bin Ab Rahim (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director) and Dato' Dr. Omar bin Abd Hamid (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).

Ms. Shirley Goh's resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company will take effect from 31 August 2023. Accordingly, she will cease to be the Chairperson of Audit Committee ("AC") and the total number of members on the AC will be less than three (3).
