Traders Holdings Co.,Ltd. provided dividend guidance for the second quarter-end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. For the second quarter-end, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 12.00 per share against JPY 8.00 per share paid a year ago.

The Securities Trading segment is engaged in the purchase, sale, brokerage and intermediary of securities of listed companies, as well as the purchase of bonds. The Foreign Exchange Trading segment is engaged in the provision of foreign currency-based financial derivative products, as well as the trading of foreign exchange margins and options. This segment provides an around-the-clock trading environment for its clients. This segment is also engaged in the management of assets that are used for the trading of foreign exchange margin and options. In addition, the Company also engages in biomass power generation facilities business and others.
