Toyo Tec Co. Ltd. (TSE:9686) acquired 70% stake in Osaka Buil Service, Inc. from Takayuki Sato on July 31, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, Toyo Tec will acquire 0.014 million shares in the transaction. For the period ending December 2014, Osaka Buil Service, Inc. reported total assets of ¥365 million, net assets of ¥230 million, revenue of CNY 603 million, operating profit of CNY 10 million and net profit of CNY 12 million. The transaction is expected to close on July 31, 2015.
