Totetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. (TSE:1835) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 350,000 shares, representing 1.01% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,100 million. The purpose of the program is to further improve shareholder returns. The program will run until June 1, 2018. As of March 31, 2018, the company had 34,736,644 shares outstanding and 1,363,356 shares in treasury.
