Top End Energy Limited is an Australia-based diversified energy provider. The Company’s operations include the acquisition, exploration and development of industrial gases, including natural hydrogen, natural gas and other associated product streams, including helium. It holds mineral rights leases in Kansas, United States and exploration permits in Northern Territory, Australia. It holds an approximately 58% beneficial interest in 30 exploration permit (EP) applications across the Northern Territory. Its projects are located in Adavale Basin, McArthur Basin and Amadeus Basin Zone. ATP 1069 permit covers approximately 1,048 km2 situated 130 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of Charleville in Central Queensland. The project is located approximately 75 km east of the conventional Gilmore gas field. EP 258 is located on the edge of the Greater McArthur Basin, south of discoveries within the Velkerri and Kyalla Shales and the conventional Moroak and Bessie Creek Sandstone reservoirs.
