TKP Corporation (TSE:3479) agreed to acquire additional 27.7% stake in Lilycolor Co., Ltd. (TSE:9827) for ¥2.2 billion on May 17, 2024. The consideration will be paid at a price of ¥650. Kazuhiro Ishihara, Fumiaki Masuko, Ayako Ito, Koichi Suga, and Takeshi Harai were appointed as special committee.
SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. acted as Tender Offer Agent, Mori Hamada & Matsumoto LPC acted as legal advisor, and YAMADA Business Consulting Co.,Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Lilycolor Co., Ltd.
TKP Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in space regeneration distribution business by utilizing idle real estate. It is mainly engaged in meeting rooms and banquet halls leasing services. It manages rental conference rooms through TKP Rental Conference Room Net which is a tool to attract customers. Meeting rooms are used for conferences, seminars and lectures, training, examinations, social gatherings, exhibitions.
