Telefônica Brasil S.A. ("Company") hereby informs its Shareholders that, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 81/22, the Company's Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2023 is scheduled to be held on April 13, 2023 ("Shareholders' Meeting"). Additional information on said Shareholders' Meeting will be disclosed in due course upon the announcement of the call notice.
