Tah Tong Textile Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 356.936 million compared to TWD 442.429 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 85.846 million compared to TWD 71.610 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 94.348 million compared to net income of TWD 1,194.733 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 1.21 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 15.3 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 1.21 compared to diluted earnings per share of TWD 14.97 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 735.594 million compared to TWD 869.131 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 152.082 million compared to TWD 114.805 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 163.933 million compared to net income of TWD 1,122.644 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 2.1 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 14.56 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 2.1 compared to diluted earnings per share of TWD 14.25 a year ago.
