Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited Announces Resignation of Jyoti Dheeraj Malhotra as Non- Executive Independent Director and Member of Board Committees and Announces Reconstitution of Committees

Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited at its board meeting held on February 6, 2024, took note of Resignation letter and accepted the resignation of Ms. Jyoti Dheeraj Malhotra vide by her resignation letter dated February 06, 2024 from the position of Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company including the Board Committees with effect from closure of business hours of February 06, 2024. The resignation is purely on account of other additional professional commitments and personal reasons. Reconstitution of the Committees to the Board of Directors: The reconstituted committees due to resignation of Ms. Jyoti Malhotra and appointment of Ms. Krupa Joshi: Nomination and Remuneration Committee: Mr. Shail Shah as Chairperson; Ms. Krupa Joshi and Mr. Tanuj Rajde as Members.

Corporate Social Responsibility Committee: Mr. Shail Shah as Chairperson; Ms. Krupa Joshi, Mr. Ritesh Chothani and Mr. Tanuj Rajde as Members; Risk Management Committee: Mr. Naresh Sharma as Chairperson; Ms. Krupa Joshi and Mr. Prashant Thakar as Members.
