The Stock Exchange of ThailandSupalai Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that the Company has already registered the change in its paid-up capital from 1,716,553,249 Baht to 1,857,585,833 Baht at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of

Commerce on 23 January 2018. That change results from the first exercise of the Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares pursuant to the Warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Supalai Public Company Limited No. 4 (SPALI-W4) for the period of January 2018.

Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 1,857,585,833 Baht divided into 1,857,585,833 ordinary shares at a par value of 1.00 Baht each.
