Sunny Day AD (Slunchev den AD or Sunny Day Co) is a Bulgaria-based company that provides hotel and resort management services. The Company manages a five-star, a three-star and two four-star hotels and various sports facilities, situated in Kompleks Slanchev den (the Sunny Day Complex) in Kurorten kompleks Sveti Konstantin (the Saint Constantine Resort). Through its spa and wellness centers, Slanchev den AD offers spa and health care programs. Its main investments are Palace Hotel, Marina Hotel, Mirage hotel, Veronica hotel and Yacht Port - Marina Sunny Day. In addition, it provides halls and organizes seminars, conferences and exhibitions, as well as sport and leisure services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Sunny Tour EOOD with a stake of 55%.
