Stream Oil and Gas Ltd is a Canada-based oil and gas company. The Company has assets in Albania, located in south-eastern Europe, adjoining the Adriatic-Mediterranean seas. Its Albanian properties include assets and potential resources, inclusive of three oilfields and one gas field: the Cakran-Mollaj, Gorisht-Kocul and Ballsh-Hehal oilfields, and the Delvina gas field. The Company's share of crude oil production is sold primarily to export markets. Crude oil is trucked to Petrolifera port terminal at Vlora, at which point it is transferred to the buyer for ship loading. The Company's reserves include total proved net reserves of around 16.8 million barrels of oil equivalent; proved plus probable net reserves of approximately 25.6 million barrels of oil equivalent and proved plus probable plus possible net reserves of about 38.6 million barrels of oil equivalent.
