Barma Capital Investments LLC entered into a binding share purchase offer to acquire 33% stake in Agroton Public Limited (DB:A2TA) from Global Energy Spólka Akcyjna and Jurii Zhuravlov for PLN 72.4 million.

Barma Capital Investments LLC entered into a binding share purchase offer to acquire 33% stake in Agroton Public Limited (DB:A2TA) from Global Energy Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:GLE) and Jurii Zhuravlov for PLN 72.4 million on March 11, 2014. Barma Capital Investments will acquire 7.15 million shares at PLN 10.12 per share. The closing of the transaction will be subject to signing an investment agreement, a meeting with the management board of Global Energy as one of the shareholders and also Jurii Zhuravlov as the leading shareholder.

The transaction will also be subject to execution of mutually agreed wording of the final share purchase agreement, legal construction of the transaction along with other conditions of cooperation with Jurii Zhuravlov and the key persons in Agroton.
