BRK Financial Group SA informs the investors that the National Office of Trade Register in Cluj has admitted the request regarding the modification of the company's share capital, according to the EGMS Decision no. 1 and no. 8 of 26.04.2021, respectively to the EGMS Decision no. 1 of 26.04.2022, issuing in this respect the certificate of registration of mentions.

The company continues the steps to register this change in value of the share capital, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
