Spok Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 17.59 million compared to USD 15.01 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 36.46 million compared to USD 33.71 million a year ago. Net income was USD 4.73 million compared to USD 1.92 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.24 compared to USD 0.1 a year ago. The Company offers a suite of unified clinical communication and collaboration solutions that include call center applications, clinical alerting and notifications, one-way and advanced two-way wireless messaging services, mobile communications, and public safety solutions.
