Million Games AB agreed to acquire Sthlm Gaming Sweden AB, the entire Rhino Gaming portfolio and related intellectual property rights from Spiffbet AB (OM:SPIFF) for up to SEK 3.5 million on August 4, 2023. The games covered in the sale will be offered free of charge to Spiffbet for one year after they are available on the Million Games? platform.

The Rhino Gaming brand is also transferred in the transaction. Spiffbet's business of offering partner casino services will remain even if the Rhino Gaming brand is included in the sale.
