Spiffbet AB (OM:SPIFF) agreed to acquire additional 8.3% minority stake in VRTCL Gaming Group Sweden AB from minority shareholders for SEK 0.76 million.

Spiffbet AB (OM:SPIFF) agreed to acquire additional 8.7% minority stake in VRTCL Gaming Group Sweden AB from minority shareholders for SEK 0.76 million on December 1, 2020. Spiffbet will issue 1.8 million shares as consideration. After transaction Spiffbet will hold 99.1% stake in VRTCL.
