SKYWEST, INC. REPORTS COMBINED DECEMBER 2012 TRAFFIC
FOR SKYWEST AIRLINES AND EXPRESSJET AIRLINES
ST. GEORGE, UT, PRNewswire/ -- SkyWest, Inc. , (NASDAQ: SKYW) (" SkyWest" ) today reported that passenger boardings for December increased 5. 1 percent to 4, 784, 336 compared to
4, 552, 494 for the same period last year. SkyWest also reported a 1. 6 percent increase in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for December, while available seat miles (ASMs) decreased 0. 5 percent compared to December 2011. The combined airlines generated 2. 4 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 3. 0 billion. Load factor increased to 80. 1 compared to 78. 5 in December
2011. SkyWest also reported an increase of 2. 2 percent in departures to 117, 067 for December compared to 114, 513 for the same period last year.
