Shoko Tsusho Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive THB 243 million in funding from Shoko Co. Ltd.

Shoko Tsusho (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced that it has received THB 243 million in a round of funding from existing investor, Shoko Co. Ltd. on August 26, 2013. The capital of the company increased from THB 10 million to THB 253 million through this transaction.

The investor presently holds 49% stake of the company and will have majority stake on closing of the transaction. The transaction is expected to complete within the year 2013
