Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300167) signed a framework agreement to acquire 75.4% stake in Shenzhen Allwins Technology Corporation from group of sellers for approximately CNY 420 million on May 15, 2019. Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd. will pay CNY 125 million iin cash and will issue shares of worth CNY 290 million. As of December 31, 2018, Shenzhen Shuangying Weiye Technology Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 1.2 billion, owners equity of CNY 318.8 million, operation profit of CNY 57.7 million and net profit of CnY 52 million. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd.
