Savills has boosted its portfolio valuation team with a raft of new appointments including associate director Tom Priest, associate Matt Salter and surveyors Joff Rose and Jaspreet Gill.

Based in the firm's Cardiff office, Tom joins the department with over eleven years in the industry having previously been based within Savills development services team and, prior to that, the portfolio valuations team at DTZ.

Having qualified in 2012, Matt Salter joins the portfolio valuation team from Savills UK investment division with a particular expertise in the high street retail sector.

Joff Rose has moved to the portfolio valuation team in London from the Savills Exeter office, where he was part of the development services division specialising in valuation.

Jaspreet Gill came through Savills graduate scheme and qualified in Spring 2015. She joins the portfolio valuation team from the student investment department.

In addition, the team has also recently recruited Alex Ray and Camilla Capaldi. Alex is due to qualify in Spring 2016, whilst Camilla is following the RICS Valuation Pathway route to become a chartered surveyor.
