Guangdong Wcan Magnetic Materials Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire SM LCD(SUZHOU) CO.,LTD. from Samjin LND Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A054090) for KRW27.3 billion on February 21, 2024. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2024.
