Its Gerow Lake Project covers over 5,312 ha and is located in the Archean aged Superior Province, within the Pierce-Ponask-Sachigo greenstone belt in the northwest quadrant of the James Bay Lowlands, Red Lake Mining District, Ontario. The Company’s Palta Dorada gold-silver-copper (Au-Ag-Cu) property is located in the Ancash Mining Department in Northern Peru and covers an area of approximately 1200 ha. Its subsidiaries include Rio Silver Exploration Ltd. and Minera Rio Plata S.A.C.
