From January 1, 2018 to March 23, 2018, the company has repurchased 535,500 shares, representing 0.58% for ¥1,191.31 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,015,600 shares, representing 1.09% for ¥2,313.52 million under the buyback announced on May 24, 2017.
Rhythm Co Ltd, formerly Rhythm Watch Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the clocks business, connection terminal business, precision business, and electronic business. The Company has four business segments. The Connection Terminal segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tab terminals, taping terminals, terminal blocks and others used in automobiles, solar power generation and home appliances. The Clock segment is engaged in the provision of clocks such as wall clocks, table clocks, alarm clocks, digital clocks, equipment clocks, clock movements, universal serial bus fans and disaster prevention administrative radios. The Electronic segment is engaged in the provision of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) for electronic devices, information related devices, in-vehicle devices.
