Rhythm Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2022 and full year ending March 31, 2023. For the six months, the company expected net sales of JPY 14,700 million, operating income of JPY 370 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 400 million or JPY 48.44 per basic share.
For the year, the company expected net sales of JPY 30,700 million, operating income of JPY 1,000 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,000 million or JPY 121.09 per basic share.
Rhythm Co Ltd, formerly Rhythm Watch Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the clocks business, connection terminal business, precision business, and electronic business. The Company has four business segments. The Connection Terminal segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tab terminals, taping terminals, terminal blocks and others used in automobiles, solar power generation and home appliances. The Clock segment is engaged in the provision of clocks such as wall clocks, table clocks, alarm clocks, digital clocks, equipment clocks, clock movements, universal serial bus fans and disaster prevention administrative radios. The Electronic segment is engaged in the provision of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) for electronic devices, information related devices, in-vehicle devices.
