Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. (TSE:7769) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 90% stake in I Next Ge Corporation from Shizuko Ogawa on November 22, 2019. Rhythm Watch Co., Ltd. shall acquire 180 shares of I Next Ge Corporation. Expected completion date for the transaction is January 31, 2020.
Rhythm Co Ltd, formerly Rhythm Watch Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the clocks business, connection terminal business, precision business, and electronic business. The Company has four business segments. The Connection Terminal segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tab terminals, taping terminals, terminal blocks and others used in automobiles, solar power generation and home appliances.
