The Company's initial portfolio included properties located within select urban nodes in seven markets located in the Midwest and Southeast United States: Columbus, Ohio; Raleigh, North Carolina; Indianapolis, Indiana; Tampa, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee; Louisville, Kentucky and Birmingham, Alabama. The Company's initial selected markets contained an aggregate of approximately 317 million net rentable square feet of office space.
