POCO Holding Co., Ltd. at its Extraordinary General Meeting of 2021 held on 16 August, 2021 approved election of Yi Zhihong, Li Yin, Xie Chunxiao as independent directors, Yao Hong and Sun Dandan as non-employee supervisors.
