The Company conducts its business through its operating partnership Pillarstone OP. The Company, through Pillarstone OP, owns eight Real Estate Assets in the Dallas and Houston areas comprised of approximately 0.9 million square feet of gross leasable area. The Company’s property portfolio includes 9101 LBJ Freeway, Corporate Park Northwest, Corporate Park Woodland II, Holly Hall Industrial Park, Holly Knight, Interstate 10 Warehouse, Uptown Tower and Westgate Service Center.
