Pidilite Industries Limited has received Order dated 30 April 2024 vide email dated 30 April, 2024 issued by Deputy Commissioner, State Tax, Special Circle, Visakhapatnam-II, Andhra Pradesh imposing penalty of INR 486,817 in relation to the GST audit conducted for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 and Fiscal Year 2019-2020 under applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. Based on the Company's assessment, the Company reasonably expects a favourable outcome at the appellate level. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
