Pidilite Industries Limited has received on Order dated April 26, 2024, which was received through hand delivery on May 14, 2024 from State Tax Officer, Ranchi, Jharkhand imposing penalty of INR 129,162 in relation to the GST assessment conducted for the year 2018-2019 under applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. Based on the Company's assessment, the Company reasonably expects a favourable outcome at the appellate level. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
