PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported net operating revenues of PHP 167,742 compared to PHP 14,261,100 a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 20,972,444 compared to PHP 76,003,306 a year ago. Net loss was PHP 59,285,261 compared to PHP 96,814,477 a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0124 compared to PHP 0.0202 a year ago.
For the nine months, the company reported net operating revenues of PHP 9,633,841 compared to PHP 49,489,341 a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 181,013,506 compared to PHP 171,435,260 a year ago. Net loss was PHP 336,353,855 compared to PHP 265,960,607 a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0702 compared to PHP 0.0555 a year ago.
PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based holding company of PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp. (PH Trave). It is located on a 7.5 hectares property approximately a 14-minute drive from the Bohol International Airport. It has two segments: Hotel and restaurant and Gaming.
