Petrocapita Income Trust is a Canada-based specified investment flow through trust. The Company develops and acquires heavy oil production and infrastructure assets in the Lloydminster area of east central Alberta and west central Saskatchewan through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Petrocapita Oil and Gas LP and Petrocapita Processing LP. The Company owns and operates more than 440 gross oil wells, more than 90 gross gas wells, approximately 20 produced water disposal facilities, custom oil processing facilities, natural gas compressor stations, approximately 70 kilometers (km) in pipelines, oil well service rigs and trucks, fluid haul tractors and trailers, motor graders, and well site processing equipment.
