Pernod Ricard says it is rolling out the spirits industry's first 'responsible host' certification program, to 'promote responsible drinking throughout its branded houses open to the public'.

To obtain this certification, Pernod Ricard branded houses must integrate 18 responsible drinking practices into their visitor itineraries, to enable visitors to make the right choices while training them in the art of tasting.

16 of the 30 brand houses are already certified as "responsible hosts". All the Group's sites open to the public worldwide will be certified by 2025, and Pernod Ricard aims to reach 10 million visitors by 2030.
