Its Investment Banking division provides a range of financial advisory and capital markets services across equity and debt capital markets (ECM and DCM), private capital markets (PCM), retail capital markets (RCM), debt advisory, private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investor relations, private equity and corporate broking. Its Research & Distribution division manages over 1,281 institutional relationships across various categories of equity investor. Its Execution Services division provides bespoke dealing and execution services.
