On November 10, 2022, Prof. Marco Iansiti notified the Board of Directors of PDF Solutions, Inc. of his decision to resign, effective December 31, 2022, as a member of the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Iansiti's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
PDF Solutions, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive data solutions for the semiconductor ecosystem.
