Akito Mitsuoka and Takeyoshi Uenishi, President and Representative Director of Macs System Corporation concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 80% stake in Macs System Corporation from PCA Corporation for ¥30 million.

Akito Mitsuoka and Takeyoshi Uenishi, President and Representative Director of Macs System Corporation concluded a share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 80% stake in Macs System Corporation from PCA Corporation (TSE:9629) for ¥30 million on February 18, 2019. Akito Mitsuoka and Takeyoshi Uenishi will acquire 224 shares of Macs System Corporation. Prior to the transaction, PCA Corporation held 80% stake and Akito Mitsuoka held 20% stake. After the transaction, PCA Corporation will hold no stake in Macs System Corporation. Macs System Corporation reported net assets of ¥196.46 million and total assets of ¥274.57 million as at March 31, 2018. The Board of Directors of PCA Corporation passed a resolution for the transaction on February 18, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on February 28, 2019.
