Osai Automation System SpA is an Italy-based company that operates in the field of the automation for industrial processes. It operates through four divisions Automation & Robotics, Electronic, Laser Micromachining and Semiconductor. The Automation & Robotics division offers benches, rotary tables, lines and modules machinery, among others. The Electronic division specializes in the manufacturing of machinery for assembly, marking, router and laser depaneling. The Laser Micromachining division provides laser marking, welding, plastic welding and cutting equipment. The Semiconductor division focuses on sensor testing, power device as well as burn-in automation solutions. The Companyâs tailormade products are based on standard systems or on special machines for assembly and testing of high-tech components for the semiconductor, automotive and electronics manufacturing industries. The Company has branches in Germany, China and the United States of America with global operations.
