Harbin ZhongFei New Technology CO.,LTD. entered into a share subscription agreement with Zhu Shihui for not more than 40,800,000 shares at a price of CNY 17.91 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 730,728,000 on November 18, 2021. The investor will acquire an equity stake of 23.06%. The shares cannot be transferred within 36 months from the issuance closing date. The transaction has been approved in the 31st meeting of the company?s 4th directorate, and is subject to the approvals of the company?s shareholders, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
