Newretail Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 16.878 million compared to TWD 23.743 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 10.414 million compared to TWD 26.940 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 7.192 million compared to TWD 12.035 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.15 compared to TWD 0.39 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 29.957 million compared to TWD 64.083 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 24.809 million compared to TWD 55.071 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 12.911 million compared to TWD 37.351 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.27 compared to TWD 1.2 a year ago.
NEWRETAIL CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company primarily engaged in the provision of search engine marketing (SEM) services. The Company provides the integrated e-marketing solutions for manufacturers and suppliers in Taiwan and China to increase product exposures and order invoices for its clients. The Company provides a variety of services, including Taiwan Products Online, B2BManufactures.com (BMS) publishing marketing, very important person (VIP) network marketing, B2BChinaSources.com (BCS) Website membership services, digital catalog and content management system services, as well as Chinese Website Wakema.com.tw, among others. The Company operates its businesses in Taiwan and Mainland China. On June 17, 2014, it merged with a wholly owned investment subsidiary. After that, the Company survived and the subsidiary was dissolved.
