Newmark Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 203.27 million compared to USD 219.9 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 616.28 million compared to USD 664.65 million a year ago. Net income was USD 9.95 million compared to USD 27.96 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to USD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to USD 0.15 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 600.19 million compared to USD 631.68 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,722.93 million compared to USD 2,098.25 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to USD 0.41 a year ago.
