Nankang Rubber Tire Corp.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,194.640 million compared to TWD 2,732.571 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 143.604 million compared to TWD 146.473 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 128.380 million compared to net income of TWD 216.293 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.16 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.27 a year ago.
Nankang Rubber Tire Corp., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and trading of tires. The products of the Company include automotive tires, motorcycle tires and truck tires. Its automotive tires include snowfield-use vehicle tires, sedan tires, half hot melting tires and recreational vehicle (RV) tires, among others. Its motorcycle tires include heavy motorcycle tires and general motorcycle tires. The Company operates businesses in Taiwan market, America market, Europe market and Asia market, among others.
