Namsun Aluminum Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A008350) along with other investors signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire ADM21 Co., Ltd. on October 19, 2015. Namsun Aluminum Co. Ltd. is selected as preferred bidder and further details of the contract will be announced within one month or upon confirmation.

Namsun Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of aluminum products. The Company operates its business through two divisions: aluminum division and automobile division. Its aluminum division engages in the manufacture of aluminum windows and doors, including balcony double windows, balcony single windows, folding doors and partition doors; curtain walls, including stick type, semi unit type and unit type, as well as industrial fabrics. Its automobile division produces bumpers and others used for automobiles. It also provides polyvinyl chloride (PVC) windows. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including America, Japan, Russia, Canada, The Republic of Uganda and others.
