Nacity Property Service Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was CNY 1,413.474 million compared to CNY 1,244.468 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 195.684 million compared to CNY 175.107 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 137.872 million compared to CNY 113.930 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 1.03 compared to CNY 0.85 a year ago.

The Company also provides high value-added services such as case services, consultancy services and value-added services. Property services include comprehensive management, order maintenance, engineering maintenance, environmental cleaning, green maintenance, decoration management, community culture and other services. Case services include customer service, concierge and cleaning services, as well as material management, conference reception, logistics support, inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Consultancy services include the pre-existing property consultancy business and the property management consultancy business. Value-added services include individualized special services such as housekeeping services, private greening services and indoor maintenance services.
