Nacity Property Service Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603506) entered into an agreement to acquire 90% stake in Shanghai Cailin Property Management Co., Ltd. from Zhang Zhiying and Chen Cailin for CNY 49.5 million on December 21, 2016. Zhang Zhiying and Chen Cailin will transfer 50% and 40% stakes in Shanghai Cailin Property Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 27.50 million and CNY 22 million, respectively. The transaction was approved by the shareholders of Shanghai Cailin Property Management Co., Ltd.
