Shaanxi Pengda Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. signed equity transfer contract to acquire Xi'an MYS Zhigu Technology Co., Ltd. from MYS Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 50 million on June 29, 2022. As on March 31, 2022, Xi'an MYS Zhigu Technology Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 47 million and net assets of CNY 39.6 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of MYS Group Co., Ltd. Funds obtained from the transfer of Xi'an MYS Zhigu Technology Co., Ltd.'s equity will be used for the company's daily operating activities.
MYS Group Co., Ltd., formerly Shenzhen MYS Environmental Protection & Technology Company Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of transportation packaging products, fine packaging products, label products and electronic functional materials die-cut products. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the provision of packaging integration services, including packaging product design, packaging solution optimization, packaging materials third-party procurement and packaging product logistics and distribution, supplier inventory management and on-site auxiliary packaging operations.
