Cyril Ramaphosa, joint chairman of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, will be stepping down at the conclusion of the Annual General Meetings on May 3, 2013. Following his election as deputy president of South Africa's ruling African National Congress in December 2012, Cyril has reviewed his business commitments and has now announced that Mondi that he will resign from his positions as joint chairman and as a non-executive director at the Annual General Meetings of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc on May 3, 2013.
